It's on the wooden reel that is by the Tattoo Parlor....

Put it under the 'possible to get busted section', cause the first time I could hold them off while they were trying to grab me (Cops sure look funny when they make grabbing movments with their arms, don't they ?).....Next time, I got busted from the back, must not have been dead center on the reel.

That's odd, isn't it......Different names for stuff depending on what reigon you live in...

Usta work in a wire factory....They were always called 'reels', never 'spools'.....
