Well, there has to be a limit to everything. I've still been searching for places, so....wait a minute! Have you tried that beam above the Library yet?

Yes, I did...Actually got on it after many tries.  It's pretty cool...I stayed up there till 2 AM and pass out time, wanted to see if I would wake up there, but no luck with that.

Edit...Just checked, I did add that to the list also.

You have to jump from the balcony on the second floor of the Library on to the beam just so....It's a bitch.

You just have to make sure you clear the railing. If Jimmy tries to grab the railing and "swing" himself over, you're fucked and will just drop down to the first floor.
