Attack dodge mod for jimmy.

I noticed that almost all the male entities(excluding jimmy and small kids) in bully can perform a rolling dodge against a knee drop, ground kick and punch. I was wondering if player can have access to ground dodge?

I dont think so.
I know it is a "chance" to happen thing since if you look in Pedstat.dat and change "Evade" to higher, they will do that more often and if u make it lower then they will use it less times.
I dont think that "Evade" works on the player tho.
Even tho, I think it can be used on the player and I believe it can be done via LUA action nodes and HxD (Not sure about HxD)

If by HxD you mean editing ide with hex editor, then it's not possible.

It's kinda pointless using that action node since not many peds have ground attacks so you can evade them.
I know the striker greasers have a ground punch and russell boss fighting style has a stomp taunt (that I still don't know if it actually hits you).

The Russell Stomp Cant hit you atleast if you are standing is a pretty giant bug ._.

And You have to set the Grapple reversal of Strikes in Pedstats to 100.
