No problem.
The differences I spoke of are not in the file structure as it is...but in the game engines and as such that is one main difference. The other difference is some of the file formats are slightly different from the pc version which also includes model id numbers which are very different then the pc version....like the vehicle model ids or weapons/props...peds...etc, I think you may get the idea.
One of the other modders here tried using my v2 vehicle spawner with the ps2 version of bully if I remember correct and while the mod DID work....it didnt work very well due to the model id numbers not matching up correctly...which means to mod the console versions....you will need to do a bit of homework and investigating of the files to figure out the model id numbers and some other minor things....once those are figured out then I don't see why mods can't be created for the console versions.
Keep in mind...that if modders want to start modding the console versions....not only will we need to branch things off to their own forum....but the modders should be prepared to burn a lot of coasters while trying mods out unless they have emulators with which to test mods out with without wasting blank discs just to try modding a file or two.
I will however state that the xbox 360 version is the closest console version to the pc version and there is a high probability that pc mods will work quite well without much work on that specific version...but since I do not own a xbox 360 nor will I ever get one.....I can't help out too much with that.
All I can do is provide technical reference from the pc version.
Hope that helps
