Do you think Gary could be a good guy?

I'm nearly certain there is a thread somewhere that showed what the original story was like.

Anyway, for example Gary, Jimmy, Petey were suppose to be friends for a longer period, and originally when you fight Russell it was in the pool and you didn't know who set you up, I also think the Winter chapter was suppose to last longer.

There is more, but that's all I can remember from the top of my head.

@Al. G: He missed one thing. Originally, I believe you were supposed to fight Hal in the pool, not Russell. Russell was originally a dropout, and you fight him much later.

There is one thing that I keep thinking about. In the Christmas Trailer we see Gary talking about 'young love' to Jimmy. At first I thought that he was talking about Johnny and Lola, but wasn't the winter chapter focused on the jocks in the beta?

Well, if I remember correctly, he was originally meant to be a Bully.

I think so. Not too sure on that one since originally the Bullies weren't meant to be a unique faction, but rather non-cliques.

Do you know if it's true that the bed in the basement was supposed to be unlocked after a 'Bully Challenge' of some sort, like a safehouse? I don't really believe that, because it sounds a bit useless.

No way.

Gary is even named nemesis in the game files for a reason.
He is evil as hell and selfish.
Every single R* game needs and has an enemy.

Gary was made for evil, not for good.
And if he was made for good, Pete would be forgotten and a new enemy had to be made.

For the sake of good, Gary was turned bad.
