It was really neat when I saw two of them, walking just a few feet apart, from Hattrick Manor up past Tad's place and beyond....A little game glitch, no doubt, that I only seen once.

If you had the PC version, you can fix that by simply adding him to free roam (he will act like one of the richer townsfolk).

Btw, he has a funny insult: "You're a useless washed up loser! Just like me! Awwww..."
