Modding Questions/Help / Console modding

Hi folks,im new in the forum and i want how to mod bully for consoles,i mod succesfully the objects folder in the xbox,but i want to put the supermod and dat files and maybe the textures,
And what about ps2?i dont understand why im not able to get the game work with mods,can somebody explain me how to mod in these consoles?thanks,
