Allright, so I attempted this and the result was that Davis (the bully who I edited) changed into a complete white character.
I really don't know what I did wrong.
What I did was:

1. Extract GN_Bully05.nft
2. Rename to GN_Bully05.nif
3. Open with nifskope
4. Extract
5. Open with PAINT.NET
6. Did some changes
7. Saved
8. Choosed the file I exported and edited as texture.
9. Embed
10. Removed block
11. Launch game
12. ??????
13. FAILURE!!!!


So yeah....
It's a pain in the ass.

Did you manage to make Fenwick spawn as well?


I followed theory number 2 and it worked! But there are some problems.

If I set the the inmates to DROPOUT they can attack outside the asylum but the ones inside can't and I don't know why. I mean they 'can' attack but when I hit them they doesn't get angry to start a fight. But if I set them to PREFECT they can attack both inside and outside the asylum but jimmy can't block any attack (as they are an authority figure).

I really need your help with also spawning peds who are violent towards Jimmy.
Do you know what makes the Pirate tick?
I really can't find anything about him except his model and skin.
I wan't to make hobos and drunks attack Jimmy on sight and disable all other peds from appearing.
I've managed to edit population thingy which controlls how many and what type of peds spawn.
I set it to townspeople or adults.
I also found out that if you enable only townspeople and edit Fenwick's hex settings he will appear.
Maybe if we make the same for drunks and hobos?
If we just edit all townspeople/adults to FF FF FF FF and all that.

I will be updating the ped spawning tut soon since I have since discovered some new info that makes the tut a little outdated. Certain interiors like the asylum, prep house and a couple others have population overrides that either force a population into that interior or forcibly remove it overriding the population.dat settings. I have figured out how to get past those but due to my time being spent on finishing up the current mods steman and I are doing as fast as possible....I havent had much time to update things on that front.

Alright, so here are my plans:

Theory 1:

* Replace orderlies skin and model with patients.
* Edit the orderlies hex thingies (so that they can't sedate or bust).


Theory 2:

* Remove the orderlies from the asylum by hex editing.
* Copy n insert text (making the patients behave as orderlies).
* Change the new "Orderlies" (patients) into behaving like students, unused psycho fight style, drunks, halloween students or nerds.


Theory 3:

* Find a way to get coords of the asylum.
* Make the inmates spawn at the coords of the asylum.

I really didn't think much about that.
I myself am 15.
It just feels so sad when you see a mod that looks epic but the creator won't release it because he/she is busy.
I do respect him/her, but still it's sad...



That he is....it is easy to come down hard on someone when they do not follow through on somthing but in his case none of us know really why its taken this long and no replies. I have a feeling he just has too much going on to bother having time to finish his work on the bully side of things since real life can take over easily...and some of us are in our 20s 30s and older and have jobs...etc so far as ntauthority goes....probably best if we all just not really mention his name too much since its likely he will take offense at some things and refuse to ever release anything. I however have been trying to get a response f rom him with a offer to finish what he started and give him all the credit since he did start both major mods..the scripthook and the lua decompiler so credit really isnt somthing I am after. I am just wanting to keep things moving for the community with somewhat regular releases of new mods and work to keep ppl interested.

I like your idea, I really do but if I make them into authority figures they will just try to arrest Jimmy.
They will also try to arrest him if he tries to "defend" himself.

Anyways, I have a new idea for the zombie mod.

You start in the greasers part of town (sorry i forgot the name).Why? In my opinion, it looks like a town where zombies would be.

all the exits are blocked with objects place by file modding. To do this, i would have to have some way to find the cord. of Jimmy so we will know where to place it. Anyway to do that? *cough*NTAthority,InsanityGames,BullyImod123*cough*

I'll test the halloween stats, see what I come up with.

I think the only way to get these animations is to reskin the halloween characters, though.

Yes, I know.
What I really wan't to use are the hobos, dirty russel, inmate galloway, burton with shit on him and drunks.
I saw that the drunks and hobos have a fighting style.
But, sometimes they make a citizens arrest.
Really strange. Most of the times they will do that, but sometimes they will actually fight Jimmy.
The hobos "attack" is basicly falling on their enemy causing self damage and damage to their target as well.


You should add some costumes on "zombies"
and add some other students to help you out
