All friendly talks and dialoges are inside the Dialoge bin not the ambient one.

^ LUA is a scripting language. IMG tool gets files from a .img file extension. .lur files are the scripts inside Scripts.img. They are compiled versions of LUA scripts.

i have a better version player selector with better taunt,greet,laughing,shove voice, start fight voice,etc voice!(all ped voice except jimmy)
