He is asking how would he add Global/Player to the second player but don't you need a controller to work this and Player One also. You might want to use a controller and keyboard to work the local multiplayer because working two character's at once is impossible unless you have two keyboards and mouse's.

 Try searching your IP address through your computer then downloading server software you would have to know your computers bandwith and connection status then how many character's your game should hold before a simple crash. Don't know if I should be releasing this type of information I am laughing out loud at your hysterical statement!  is it illegal?

I am finally doing some sort of topic on this since I am on a P.C with all the decompiled scripts on it. I didn't decompile them myself but got them from a source so just bear with me as everything is not 100 percent. Most props work a certain way and are meant to run during certain missions. Different from any other thing ingame they have their own animations and Action Node's

I'm gonna need help guys. I have a mission to make. And It's almost complete. So things i need are:
1. How to get the elevator working from the chemical plant?
2. I need the action node that when you press button first then it only opens the 1st door.
3. I need the action node and the code when Edgar runs away and then steam comes out.
That's all. 3 things. So hope you guys can help me  :D.
I'm using beta/unused cutscene to play with this mission.

I don't mean to be rude. I want to know how to do that. I tried VehicleMoveToXYZ() just doesn't work and I had'nt tell you this I know about lua and mods thanks to lua tutorials. Anyway, I knew a code for the drive by mod by Dream Is Dead but all i need just make a ped flee using a bike that's all I want to know. I'll be grateful to know this. Thank you.  :D
