20) Jimmy has the optional ability to suck the energy out of enemies using his Dark Passenger.
21) Algernon is being hunted by Jimmy after murdering his family with an inflatable dildo.
22) America has been thrust into a global conflict, and Jimmy has to save the world from evil Chinese communists with his spudgun.
23) Leaked reports confirm that Algernon's model will have a huge dick hanging from his zipper, which is speculated to be used in a boss fight.
24) Algernon will be helping the Chinese Communists with his deadly weapon - The Peestain Launcher.

The ide.img removal is extremely easy... Here's a quote from a tutorial from ages ago. Note that you'll have to do this in reverse.. Obviously.

 

Open up your ide.img with HxD (Hex editor)
2. 
Press Ctrl+F and type in the characters name (the one who you want in free-roam) I will use Gary as an example.
3.
 When you type in Gary you will see this
 Gary....Nemesis_Gary_W......Medium..STUDENT.STAT_GS_GARY....Straf_Male..F_BULLY.null....null....ÿÿÿÿ/Global/

Now scroll down to where it says  ÿÿÿÿ/Global/ and you will see these numbers next to it

"00 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF 2F 47 6C 6F 62 61 6C 2F"

                      ^^

You see the FF FF FF FF? Well those FF'S are the reason Gary is still in his cage, but we are going to change that!
What you have to do now is replace the FF FF FF FF with "01 00 00 00"

What's hard about this is you couldn't just do it with lua. You'd have to use other programming languages. But there is a shortage of members here that code lua and other languages(I think the only ones are mad, rise, red, DaBOSS, SWEGTA and me) which would make it difficult as you would have to find a way to use a different language in bully. Only NTAuthoerity and Fred Tetra have managed to do this. I did find a few files in bully in C++ so that may be a lead.but yes it would have use other languages. I believe it's possible as SA got one and bully runs on the same engine so maybe we could kind of port SAMP to bully. Like bully SE:MP

I'd have to nominate DaBoss. He has made contributions to BB with his mods, (especially the Super Mod) and is a good asset to have. I'd say he deserves a spot on The "Hall Of Fame"...
