This mod increase the draw distance of the world map. This don't totally fix object pop-in, but improve a lot.
The game isn't optimized to load so many objects at same time so this mod can take a lot of fps even on good pc, so I recomend you to turn off the shadows.

Second, this seems to break the BMX Park.
Hopefully it's not just me, so I'd like if you could double-check.

I decompiled the .idb files using ''fastman92 processor'', increased the draw distance value, then recompiled back to binary using ''fastman92 processor'' again.
The issue seems to be on the file ''tBMX.idb'', I decompiled the file and undo my changes, it's working now.

If this happens with more interiors, let me know so I can fix it.

Fixed crash near the docks.
Also noticed that the mod is not compatible with some save games. After you load Jimmy falls and gets knocked out, but you can keep playing the game, just need to make a new save file.
