it must be modable, and I created few mods, I made all students stronger (stronger punches, kicks, much better defense, better attack time), Bif is tough like Russell, and Russell is not possible to knock out, maybe with weapons. my second mods is that bosess spawn at serveral locations, I made Earnest and some nerds to hang out by obsevatory, Derby is in boxing hall and by the beach, Johnnny hangs out by tenaments and in tunnel, Ted can be found on football field in his football jersey, but I cant make him with letterman jacket, idk how to do that, maybe later, I will make edgar, gary and petey, i will make gary hanging out and bullying in boys dorm and also petey.
Idk about modeling, or other mods, you can just edit some files opening with note pad. Also, you can change what each character is usually carrying (example: Russell with spud gun, Ricky with bottle rockets.)
