I've seen Sheldon in the dorm plenty of times.  There's a way to make different people appear in rooms, but its complicated and takes many tries.

 Anywho, prefects do not appear in the dorm.  Never have, never will.

No, but they will come OUT of dorms, I have seen them come out of all three places....

Boys Dorm, Girls Dorm, and Harrington House.

 I just stuck a "kick-me" sign on Sheldon as he was riding his bike around town.  It was funny as hell watching a long line of townsfolk follow him around and repeatedly kick him.

The other night I was throwing rubber band balls around the girl's dorm.  My trouble meter went to red, so I had to escape through the attic.  When I emerged on top of the lattice work, the librarian somehow ended up behind me and pushed me off the lattice.  When we both landed on the ground, the dumb bitch landed on top of me and knocked me out!

I also pushed a prefect in the school.  My trouble meter indicated "harrassing girls" lol.
