911 - The town of Bullworth has a grand total of 4 police officers and a (missing) Fireman to deal with the town's emergencies (Sorry - had to put something relating to the emergency services for this one, lol)

912 - The town of Bullworth only has 1 school - and it's a school for the "Elitist" rich people that can afford to send their kids there.

913 - Anyone that can't afford to send their kids there is faced with their children ending up with no formal education.

914 - Nobody seems to mind when a bunch of teenagers sets fire to a barge in the docks

915 - The town of Bullworth has no professional exterminators to deal with the rat problem that several places suffer from.

Well I dunno, I think that 1k things are more than enough. And besides, alot of them were mentioned alot of times, 1000+ wouldn't be very differrent.
