go to the tattoo place in blue skys then stand at the door get you skateboard out so your holding it. then press tringle go in and jimmy hopkins is holding his skate bored get two tattoos on both arms then buy them. and then exit  then you have the skate board attached to your arm :p

p.s dont change weapon it goes away
