Time-wise, I assumed it was in the mid-1990s at first, because of the Future Street Race games had 1995 as their copyright year. But then again, digital cameras weren't around during those days. So it has to be 2005 or 2006.

1805, have you have the preppies speak. That is classic 19th century dialect.

Well the preppies need to catch up with the times. I think that this game looks too 1980-ish, the cars, clothes and whatnot. I mean, did you see the radio? i genuine Crank style! Those dont exist in 2006... ok they do, but only for emergency purposes.

its not 1805. they didnt make bmx's in 1805. if it was 1805 you would ride a horse and cart. its more like 1975-1985.

it has to be during a time period of 1998-2000 because, have you ever seen anyone there with a cellphone? of course not. what teen doesent have a cell phone??? cell phones were only popular by around 2003 because they came out with a smaller cell phone. also there are no digital tvs, flat screens (etc.) and all of the cars look old as if they were 70s models. Also the look in feel of it also hints that its in the late 90's.
