My neighbors have a group of chickens in their yard and there is a HUGE chicken that always watches over them. This big chicken has feathers on its legs and it looks like its wearing chaps. So we call it "chicken with chaps".

Structure of an amoeba: unicellular animal with pseudopods that lives in fresh or saltwater.

The amoeba is a simple animal made up of just one cell.

It normally lives in ponds, ditches or slowly moving streams.

The amoeba is just visible to the naked eye.

It eats, respires, digests food and excretes waste.

It moves about, responds to stimuli, grows, is able to repair and reproduces.

I know what amoebae are, Chuck. They were in my Biology book. Amoebae don't have cell membrane, so they constantly change shape.

Well, you can't quite call them stupid. They don't have a brain. They're simple, one cell organisms. You can't call them stupid. Turkey has a brain, has billions of cells. Plus people with Down Syndrome.
