I've seen NPC s doing it,maybe equip a stink bomb & press triangle?

Go the little lockers in the gym. Eqip a stink bomb and go up to one that's maked blue and press triangle.

I played Bully yesterday and had no idea what I was doing. Then my friend, who had been playing for 3 months straight, took the controller away from me and played until the very end of the game.
