Making free roam like Total Mayhem

 How to make every clique spawn and fight in the main Bullworth map during free roam? I mean just like during Total Mayhem mission. If you could help me with pedpop or and attitude files it would be great. Also, how to lower cliques' respect towards Jimmy, to make them attack me? Thanks in advance.

PedSetTypeToTypeAttitude(13,  Faction,  0)

You can use PedStats.dat to make peds fight
