Is there a way to mod the game to trigger Entercar.lur and entercar.dat?

Question 1: Is there a way to trigger Entercar.lur in the background? (Like an existing script i can replace in the files)

Question 2: Would the script even work if it is running?

Those questions would probably need to be answered by a professional modder.

You can use LaunchScript("Entercar.lua") in STimeCycle.
Alternatively, replace the script with ArcRace1 and then play the Future Street Race Arcade Machine.
