am not talking about the guy inside, the ped it-self like the model and shit
is he a JOCK
ive had this argument on youtube so much and for ages, everybody express urself

When the mascot is dressed up is more friendly to the jocks than he is anyone else, and the jocks are friendly to him. Therefor, it's safe to say he does fall under the category of a jock in a way. He is seen differently when he is out of costume though but you said not to talk about that.

Hmmm, I'm not sure because in the mission where you steal the mascot outfit the Jocks protect the Mascot but they also take the hand out of him in the mission where you have to do the dance, they also call you names in that mission for some reason.

Keep in mind when you fight the mascot, or see him walking around, he is NOT a costume, that's the legit model.

Script-wise, he is declared as a jock. You can find this from either Hex editing the ide.img or looking in default.ide. here is his info:
