Unless you have the money to plonk down for an overpriced Alienware gaming laptop, it is better to game using a desktop pc. Cheaper to build...even a budget gaming rig that costs approx $500-$600 can play most of the games out there pretty well.
Far as to DaBOSS mentioning my comments about the steam version of the game.....
The steam version of the game is far more stable than the normal retail/cd version for a simple reason.....it was recompiled with the option to address 4+ gb of ram.
Testapp.exe is the debug build of bully.exe and if you do a little bit of lua coding....it will allow full access to the hidden debug menu that the devs used during the test phase of the game. Due to everything that DaBOSS...myself and others have done....kinda is pointless now since DaBOSS has far more options in his super mod versions than what Rockstar ever put in their test menu. It is still pretty cool nontheless.
There are also some script differences between both versions of the game but the differences are very very minor and unless you know exactly what to look for....you will likely never spot any difference between the two game versions. Just wanted to clarify that while it was on my mind.
