61 ain't a To Seriously Die age...
Maybe at your 80s
But unless you actually deteriorate mercilessly your body,I don't think 60 is a death age...

Well,I'm 16,and I'm from 98,so yeah,he might be on 98-99s.
But yeah,46 ain't a "very old age",I mean,you can start noticing your body deteriorating,but just a bit...61 you may be more deteriorated,but not even near death...Unless,you actually hate your body and you smoke/drink alcohol mercilessly/eat like an animal/etc.
