There should be an official topic for username changes.... one that gets stickied, so there does not have to be so many topics for username changes that really only require 1/2 replies. Or none even really...

I really don't see the point of allowing users to change usernames? They can just do similar stuff to what UltimateGamer did and try to frame someone.
Then again, he used sockpuppet accounts.
