There is a couple people like that, but I think the last name is just a coincidence.
I think this because look at Sheldon and Damon. They both have the same last name... I think, or maybe I'm confusing them with someone else but IK 2 students got the same last name and I'm too lazy to check. Anyway my point is, Damon bullies Sheldon and if they were brothers, that wouldn't happen.

And I think their names were given in the credits, or that book that comes with the game. Maybe Bif was a total cunt and stole Zoe's money, now he's rich scum! But to be completely honest, I really don't know if they are related.

Also think Mr. Smith is Gary's Grandfather.
Mr. Martin should be Christy and Wade's Father.
