Rockstar said a while ago they are working on the "Next version of a famous IP" and that may mean it isn't even hinting towards a game. Not Bully II or agent. GTA V is famous as hell and they update that a lot, so they may be just making a new version of that. Also... I don't know when that lil quote of info was released ("Next version of a famous IP") but if it was right after GTA V it might of been about GTA Online.

It probably won't be GTA V.
It would be way too close to their latest one. They would be slowly, but surely killing the franchise.
Just look at COD. It's the same thing every year and it eventually loses value.

GTA is unique (or at least was) in the sense that you could do whatever you wanted to do in a big city that was your own personal playground.

Not a new GTA, a new VERSION of GTA. He said a new VERSION of a FAMOUS IP. Bully is great but is not that famous compared to other R* titles and plus "version" could mean update to an existing game.

Edit: Yep... I totally just solved the puzzle. Thew new version of GTA V for PC, PS4, and XBox One. That's what it has been...

Yeah the new IP isn't a new game, it's GTA V buffed up.
