Hey guys i am very new on this site.
sorry if i have done anything against rules..
so lets come to point

i have completed bully se pc 99.something.
only lockpicking secret is remained. But i have complete respect from all cliques.i cant pick any locks now.
what to do?

You should be able to pick locks.  If not, go and do a class or two as this often resets the pick-able lockers and have a look around.
