Before you can add a profile picture, you need to have it hosting from the web somewhere. You can load one to places like photobucket, imgur, etc.
Once you do that, all you have to do is upload the ULR for a direct link to the image.

Under Forum Profile, you'll see this:

Personalized Picture
No Avatar
Choose avatar from gallery
Specify avatar by URL
Upload an avatar

Choose the last to upload.

It roams in open green fields in broad daylight. However, it is rare for anyone to see them because as you can see from there legs, they are rather fast. They have amazing vision to so they can see you from a distance. They will run away before your able to identify them as something other then a shady cow in the distance. Sometimes the Land Sharks will follow prey into cities and kill them when no-one is around. The government makes up a conspiracy of drive-by shootings as the dead bodies on the ground, but in fact they are the Land Sharks. Reason I tell you is because I need to spread awareness of the facts, and you must understand the ways of the Land Shark in order to gain my respect.
