Yea, edgar's style is not loaded.  I load it but it seem to have a problem loading it. 
Go near a townie and it will load.

Its an easy fix. I'll do it for ya mate.

Mick, along with the help of c00ld0c, did a good job with this mod. So did Damian Dan, but do you seriously need to compare the two?
