Here are some minor nitpicks I've found so far:
1.) After clicking the "forum" tab, I am unable to return to bullymods.net, without deleting the "forum." from the URL.
Would be great to add tabs at the top like the homepage does.
2.) On the "downloads" tab, I'm not entirely sure if the login button says "login" or "LogIn" also in the registration message, I've noticed an incorrect apostrophe in "Don't" [1]
Also on that same page, the banner that says "Bullymods FileManager" irritates me because there isn't a space between File and Manager.

A few suggestions:
On the downloads page, have 2 adverts for unregistered users, 1 for registered users and no adverts for people who have donated to the site.
Also on the downloads page, let unregistered users access it too. Modding sites like "Zombiemodding.com" and gtainside.com didn't get where it was today by forcing people to sign up.
On Media, it seems to be all of your videos. Not saying it's a bad thing, but I know some people will think your using media as an excuse to get views. Add some videos from other Bully modders like Red or members of your forum.
