the sneak peak 2 have more characters , taunt , and some other things that not included in the demo for download, why they not post this version, and can someone do that too?

Those versions are completely unfinished and most likely not as good as the original one.
They are made by some modders who has the skills and knowledge to make them but the original mod is made by Rise To Honor which will include all the moves, taunts, friendly and agressive talking, aswell as voices and model swapping and more I believe.

Not the peds, the moves must be found, there are so many moves to find and each move takes a lot of effort to find.
