^ That's true. For the Xbox 360 ISO's and/or discs that include mods for GTA 4 Hotswapping usually cost over $40.

Garrys mod is not a mod, its a game, LOLZ.  And those mod menu's is usally iso, and selling a iso is piracy.

Selling a Bully mod would be illlegal.

Its technically a mod to half life 2. But Counter strike source, global offensive, is also a mod to half life 2 if you count dat.
