There are many other games with cool violence.  I'm with Bigfoot, there is something special about Bully.  In a way, I'm almost glad that there never was a sequel.

There's a 'talking level' in the Girl's Dorm, at certain times. 
If you sneak in and jump up on TOP of the Couch (or a chair) so the matrons cant bust you, you can stay there all day and night up until 2 AM to hear that.

Next time I play, I'll turn the music off and check it out.
My games is only PS 2, though maybe I'll hear it.

There's a lotta strange stuff even from a PS 2 game. A lotta posts in here we used to post was about the weird stuff that would happen to us in the game.  For example, I once prompted a 3-girl hair pull right by the fountain (behind the school).  Only happened once, never again.  Strange stuff like that.
