How about a system that makes the "Crimes" be randomized?

All in freeroam, Or if you go to somewhere to check the crimes around the city And it gives you a random crime in the city-

@Walter: Yes that is sort of the plan. When you go to the mission blip it will generate a crime with a bit of randomness.

FYI: I'm barely working on any mods ATM due to GTA V :D

Welp, tried downloading this. Bully now crashes on start up... I read the readme, I even wrote it down.  When I try copypasting the files some sort of error code comes up... My bully is dead. :(
