I don't fear bugs.  I'm like, a thousand times bigger then they are.

No thanks, I've already been near those. When I was in HS, the whole school was being renovated. There was this section of hallway where all the windows were made of two layers of plexi glass. In between the two layers was a pair of black widows.

I really do hate spiders though. I was cleaning my room today and came across a spider. The rest of the time I was cleaning I was sweating and my knees were knocking in fear of coming across another one. Its really pathetic, but I got stressed so bad that I have a big ass headache right now.

I don't really have any phobias, so I guess that's why I don't really have an understanding of people's extreme fears.

I generally am 'live and let live' when it comes to bugs....Unless they piss me off.

Then it's like...
"You're Dead !"
"Your Friends - Dead !"
"Your Family - Dead !!"

I have several fears:

Claustrophobia
Fear of heights
Fear of big animals
Fear of freaky deformed real animals

I usually have a "soft spot" for bugs. Ever since I was a kid I always liked them. Spiders on the other hand, no way! The only time I go around killing bugs is when they do more harm than good. For example there were tons of ants in my window for some reason, so I took out the Raid spray and killed them sons of bitches!

Okay, thinking about it, I'm really afraid of bees.

I'm allergic to them. I've been stung twice, both times I swelled up, got itchy, fainted and woke up in the ER. I'm afraid of wasps, because I don't know if I'd have the same allergic reaction, but they can also keep stinging.

But I love cutesy bee things. Go figure.

I love bees. I don't know why people fear them so much, I let them land on my nose and even mouth and they didn't sting me. They won't sting unless provoked. Like Mike, I too have a soft spot for insects (whenever I kill an insect I feel sorry) but I lost the soft spot for ladybirds as they kept attacking me during the school trip (some imported Chinese ladybirds). They swarmed a window in my hall (they were like all over it) so me and my youngest sister killed them all.

PS. I'm not copying Mike's story, this was real.

They tend to swarm windows, so ...yeah.

My issue with bees is that I actually tense up when they're around and kind of freak out. But both times I was stung, I didn't know the bee was near me until I was actually stung by it.

I was stung in the throat by a bee once. But I still like them.
