You have to work out all the time for a long time to look like those dudes. Not just buy their little pull up crap and look like them in a week.

Working out is serious business. In HS we had options for different forms of gym classes we wanted to participate in, so I signed up for Team Games and Conditioning. I would work out for at least an hour. Then after school I would occasionally go with my aunt to the gym she goes to and work out some more and even after all that I don't look like any damn hulk.
