Marbles and stink bombs work great.  Any rat that walks into either of them is killed instantly.

Try it, when there are rats in the dorm at night.  You can kick them too.  Just about every weapon you have, including Jimmy will kill them.

For the rats in the library mission i usually walk around with a slingshot with my finger on L1 and rapidly pressing R1.

Fire extinguisher works too... In fact, it DOES damage, but just a little. What gives you the ability to knock out someone being red with... Powder.

Itching powder does damage.  It takes about 3 or 4 itching powders the kill a rat, but it does a very small amount of damage to students.

That too.  The fire extinguisher does damage faster.

Where are there no rats? I mean seriously, the things are everywhere in this game.  You would think they would go extinct the way I kill 'em all the time.
