New Layout

Black layout background for the site just isn't something for me unless
everytime its nighttime I turn the lights off for sites (and use the dark theme for my desktop)
it suits me
but madman designs looks nice but I don't prefer a entire new layout since they're harder to use.
Put it this way using a pistol now im using an assault rifle which is harder to use

The general layout here would not actually change....just the look and feel of it.

Things would still be in the same places as usual...etc and it just would have a new look to the graphics.
This is of course providing AJ would be willing to let me design a new theme for the forum.

I could however, do a mockup of what this forum would look like with a new facelift....wouldnt be too hard to simulate it in ps and post a few pics here of what it COULD look like if given the green light.

Why not add a setting to use new layout switch
client sided version for people.

It could be done but AJ would have to be the one to do it since he owns this forum and is the only one of us with upload access to the server itself where this forum is hosted....I cannot do that due to not having access to that.

If AJ was willing to allow me to host BB on my own server I could handle doing that....but that is something that I am kinda reluctant to even ask AJ about since BB IS his baby.

Precisely.
I don't want the board to change its complete look.
I simply want it to look more impressive to the users eyes. Now, it looks too plain imo. It's just blue, yellow, white. That's it.
The most impressive thing about the layout is the banner. The rest are just plain simple colors.

I like the simple look of Bully-Board, but I don't really care about it changing or not. Maybe a new background would be cool, just like on the Bully Homepage...

I like the blue background.  Easy on the eyes, plus the same color as the case the game came in.
