Multistory Boys dorm
« on: May 13, 2013, 05:41:47 PM »
I was doing the first photography class the other day, photographing the flag above the archway to the girls dorm. This might be old news, but I've realised, that is you stand right on the steps to the Girl's dorm and point your camera towards the Boy's, you can faintly see windows appearing on it's roof, these then disappear as you walk back towards the dorm.

I've always wondered why the Girls down was so much larger in a school where the boys outnumber girls about 5 to 1, but was the Boy's dorm originally meant to be multistory as-well?

Old news, but yes, the boy's dorm was meant to be a mirror of the girl's dorm, just trashier. Glad you noticed.

Nice job at actually noticing it. I never knew of it until it was mentioned here awhile ago.

And, as always... Welcome, Mr. Chase.  8)

Oh, I should have looked a little more into it before posting I suppose.
Thanks, P Erik P & Evolution  By the way though, what is the limit on how a thread can be for you to be able to comment on them?

No worries, bro.   ;)

By the way though, what is the limit on how a thread can be for you to be able to comment on them?

Are you asking how old a thread can be for you to able to comment on it?  Within reason, there is no limit.  Just as long as you have something relevant to ask or a new perspective to add.   :)

ha! I always wondered this. If you take a look at the school, there is actually MORE boys than girls. So this makes absolutely no sense as to why the boys had a small 1 story building.

Either rockstar overlooked this, or the PS2 limits were already reached by the school.
They should of swapped them before release. (Girls in smaller dorm, boys in larger dorm).

Absolutely makes no sense.  There's like 50 boys at Bullworth.  Have to bunk a LOT of them in each room to make them fit, and then why does Jimmy Have a room all to himself ?

I noticed this glitch too. In the PS2 version, (Early EARLY copies only), you can go stand at the door of the girls dorm, and zoom your camera in and out. Windows and other random things will appear.

This is an issue when developers delete content from the renderware engine, some things dont fully remove. This is an apparent issue in GTA 3, VC and SA, and also happens in Bully.

In GTA 3, the most notable example is that some random buildings will pop up if you zoom into Staunton Island. Same with Vice City, random buildings appear in the skyline that dont appear at all in game. SA has this issue too.

It seems to be fixed in Later copies of Bully PS2, but it seems to have resurfaced on SE.
