You do the carnival races in Chapter 2, then you unlock the street races. (You can do 1&2 in Bullworth Vale) Then you use the rock glitch to get into Blue Skies.

That is a Gas !  Funny what some numb fucks will actually do.  The Cops were a fine added touch.

Guy stayed in character though, only saying what the Merchant would say.  The eerie music in the background makes me want to go play again, although I've played through that game about 30 times already.

I must say the costume is dead on.  I need one like it for next Hallowen.

Mega 64 is great http://mega64.com/videos/ they have a lot of videos, some are pretty good. They even got a MGS4 one that Hideo Kojima himself is in.
