A few tips:

1. Fix Tom's sweatervest (it is a bit glitched around the collar)
2. Give Hal a sweatervest
3. Make Russell a townie/dropout
4. Maybe turn Omar into Sheldon (reskinned into Sid)?
5. Make Pedro wear a blue sweatervest
6. Give the bullies gray pants

4. Omar into sheldon? and sheldon = Sid?

Then replace Omar with it.

Actually they ruined the last 2 missions you mentioned too.
In panty raid when you beat the mission you were supposed to get the panty hat and in paparazzi you were supposed to take a picture of mandy in the toilet.
