How do I view the character models?

So, today I thought... How do I view the character models, such as the beta-dorm Sheldon, and the firefighter O'Rourke? I need some help on it, so... Please reply back as quickly as you can.

Open world.img, which is inside the stream folder with imgtool. There are located all the game textures.

If you want to know the name of the model open ide.img and there you should find the name.

Ej:

TO_Fireman..TO_Fireman......Large...TOWNPERSON..STAT_CV_MALE_A..CV_Male.F_Adult.null....Straf_Male..ÿÿÿÿ/Global/CV_Male_A...Act/Anim/CV_Male_A.act../Global/AI..Act/AI/AI.act...N_ORourke

The red is the name of the model.

^ Yes, also IIRC Nifscope can allow you to edit, and look at the character.

Thank you guys, you were really helpful. But now, I can't find the textures, it just shows a blank model flipping around.
