What Was In Beta Bully???

This topic is to discuss and post what you have heard of what was going to be in Beta Bully.

This isn't a modding discussion, but if you have found something in Bully's files, please say it but don't say how to add it into the game, post that in the official modding discussion.

If you find something that is a bit hard to believe, but you have proof, post pics/videos.

In Beta Bully, the Mailbox Armageddon and the other Henry mission (I forget) was going to take place in Chapter 3, in New Coventry. (Bully Christmas Trailer)
Because of that and the fact you see a LOT of townies in "Balls of Snow" I reckon the original Dropout area was going to be New Coventry.

I don't know much. The most interesting thing I know is that Jimmy was meant to find a note telling him to go to the pool in the Gym at the end of Chapter 1, and probably wasn't gonna find out for a long time.

Soo... Russell in the Hole was originally going to be Russell in the Pool?

I think it was supposed to be Hal in the Pool IIRC. I could be wrong, though.

What was in beta Bully:

- A baseball diamond with a mini-game.

- An interior for Come Hither, which was removed. Won't reveal more than that.

- Interiors for other stores too.

- A sewers interior.

- A circuit tower interior in the go-kart track where you can bet on races.

- The boy's dorm originally was a trashy version of the girl's dorm.

- A functioning merry-go-around.

- A much larger map...like, GTA big.

- Gary was supposed to die at the end of Bully.

- There was more to the mission Paparazzi than you think. I won't say what, though.

- There was supposed to be a game room interior inside the beta boy's dorm.

- G & G mini-game.

- This one's obvious, but the static vehicles in Bully (parked Yankee, Regina and Stallion in the Auto Shop, and the forklift) are all "skeletons" of their GTA counterparts. In other words, same exact model, just they had their functionality removed.

- The elevator in the school basement was supposed to take you to the school roof.

There's more, but those come to my mind at the moment.

Someone said that Hal was supposed to be a bully in the first place, I think.

Perfects had batons.

Bucky was originally the kissable nerd.

There were garbage pickup trucks.

Jimmy would unlock a pair of panties that he would wear over his head after the Panty Raid mission.

Jimmy would take a picture of a naked Mandy in paparazzi.

Winter Lasted Longer.

Gary would be your friend longer, then you find out that he set you up to fight Hal (Or Russell) in the pool later on, IIRC.

Some of them are obvious.

1.) No idea
2.) Jack Thompson would shit his pants.
3.) PS2 Limits?
4.) Wouldn't make sense. A tower, when there are stands in the track?
5.) No idea, doesn't make sense, as loads of people have said before. :|
6.) Possibly PS2 limits again?
7.) In reality, Jimmy'd get expelled for not turning up for 3/4 of the game. XD
8.) Too much like GTA, where in every GTA game, all the villian(s) die and Jack Thompson would shit himself and have a heart attack.
9.) Probably took away to make Bullworth seem poorer, because how come Bullworth could afford a games room, which'd come to over $1000 but cannot afford a good cook?
10.) Probably PS2 limits again. Or R* couldn't figure out to not make it similar to Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh or wny other card game.
11.) Same as 2 & 8
12.) Probably because JT would complain about Jimmy being on there being supervised.

If it wasn't for JT, Bully would of been 2x better.



After finding that Beta Johnny picture, I think Sid may have been a early Jimmy, and (most) missions were going to take place in school.

Thanks helping me out with some of the others that I forgot to include, but about this one:

Mandy's towel model used to be a naked one. The towel and panties she's wearing are last minute jobs.

4) IIRC, there's a circuit tower in the go-kart track, but it's just a model. You were supposed to be able to enter it and bet on races from there.

Also, FYI, almost all racing circuits have towers.

Why does everyone want the ending of Gary dying.
I mean sure he's a mental, douchebag, who should have taken his pills ages ago.
But he's a lovable psycho who's loved by all Bully fan-girls in the Fanfiction world so, shh.
