I don't know if it is real i want to see a livestream other then me predicting its pro editing cause if u think about it.
Punching ppl dont have any splash effects to replace as blood so yea must be pro editing my prediction its IMO.

There is actually several ways this can be accomplished without actually editing bully directly.

Main way would likely be a cleo script converted from gta that has blood splatter effects and just works as a overlay to everything else. Not exactly what I would call impossible but it would happen to be very hard to do.

Another way would be hard editing the fighting animation files and adding blood effects that way manually...which would be easily doable assuming one had full access to the decoded animation files to begin with....otherwise it would not be that feasible to even attempt this unless you really know what you are doing.

As far as the video in question being a legit one with real blood effects added on.....I have my doubts.

idk cause on the video during 0:29 that power punch miss and no blood effect found.

(which means pro editing)

Well he never said it was a mod on his video but PM Mikerbarba and said it was don't know why he would lie though.
Anyways im not gonna be so sure im not that type of guy to do that.

Anyways, to answer your question Narumi, he most likely did it to get people to praise him for doing such a great 'Mod' when it's just a weak edit.

Yea, I think its fake.
No download link, he didn't say it was a mod, ETC.
But since I always said shit was impossible, cant be done and it can I shut my mouth ever since about if its fake or not.
I keep my prediction to myself and i think the mod is fake cause no splash effects to texture when punching people.
