the problem with putting blood on his mounth is the mirror effect

Yeah... I think add some blood drops on his white shirt(The shirt that is near his neck, the collar area if you know what I mean)

Maybe just add a big blood stains that spreads across his vest, or blood splatter across his vest that sort of looks like these.
