I know it's dumb because Jimmy technically cheats on everyone but I used to think it was really annoying when I'd find girls he'd kissed with other guys.

The only people that Jimmy can kiss that haven't "cheated" on him in my game are Trent and Cornelius.

Some women do that in RL without being lesbian, so don't know if that means anything.  I have seen male Townspeople holding hands occasionally, though.  Never saw any townspeople kissing in free roam,
