I've not been about much recently, but I suppose I can do some digging around on both the PS2 and Wii versions.

I had to take a break from the PS2 version (which I prefer to the Wii due to the controls) thanks to all 3 of my PS2 pads giving up the ghost, so to speak.  1 stopped working, another started doing random inputs, and the third - well the motors in the feedback decided to explode when I put it down and went to make a brew...  (This was all within a 1 week period.)  I've got replacement pads now, however.

I managed to open it with it's 'skin' in nifskope and it and it almost exactly looks this this [attatchment]. It's motion is just swinging back and fourth on the spot

Out of interest, has everyone actually looked inside the cars or inside all the windows in the game?  I've got a sneaking suspicion that it's used in a little unknown spot that people simply haven't found.
