If im right russell was still a leader and Edgar never existed or was a right hand leader

DOlead means Dropout leader. Maybe russell was supposed to be the original leader of the dropout faction and had a different outfit. Why didn't ther call him BULead_Russell or something like that?

I have no doubt that bully was one of the original factions planned for the game. It wouldn't make sence to make a game called "bully" with no bullies around.

Punks were the original bullies but very mean.
They the type would break people bones and stuff and Russell (beta boss)
 and the townies using that Kidney punch has some connections with Punks.
Closes I can get to that, the guy who owned the site about ROCKSTAR Games beta
 knew more but since I never played bully at the time.
 I was skimming thru bully beta comments he wrote and went back reading about GTA 3 BETA.
I wish i had read thru it now I wont ever know anything and will have to predict this.

Also if I remember the male dorm was bigger , more factions were shown, Bob had his real clothes other then the Gym outfit, and bosses would be around free roam.

The bullies in the game, aside from Russell, were non-clique students who were more aggressive than others.

It would be a miracle if Rockstar actually was creating all the Games beta and released it.
I would get GTA 3 BETA and Bully SE Beta.
