And there alot more to it than to reskin a few characters, there are 100 lines of coding needing to be done, hxd editing, trigger editing and so on.

That is because they all have their scripted animations during the halloween mission. I will try to activate them when I play in free roam.

Are we making the entire stream downloaded or sending the textures only....
